This is a black men's bowler hat. This hat is tall and made of felt. There is a thick black ribbon along the band of the hat. A thin black ribbon is on the edge of the rim of the hat. At the top of the hat in a circler pattern of tiny holes. The inside leather band is made of real Russian leather. |
